Fashion meets high-tech. Designaffairs Studio from Germany have developed a new hearing aid concept that borrows aesthetics from stretched ear lobe jewelry. Designaffairs wants people to display a stylish accessory instead of hiding a disability.
Do you think this will be an ongoing trend in medical device design, like Aimee Mullins encourages, or will this trend eventually dissipate?
